Our oceanfront dining room enjoys marvelous views of mountains, ocean, islands and glaciers which along with our four star service and comfortable lodge ambiance, makes for an truly special dining experience!
Our wonderful cooking staff will conjure up such mouthwatering dishes as Halibut Alyeska, Prime-rib, New York steaks, Alaska King Crab, Shrimp Oscar, Crab Stuffed Halibut (to mention only a few), and of course all the trimmings are included: fresh vegetables and salads, fresh breads and other side dishes.

Fresh seafood is abundant in our area so we also offer such delicacies as Elfin Cove oysters-on-the-halfshell, Barbecued Alaska King Salmon, tanner and snow crab, and a variety of Salmon and Halibut dishes!

Each evening meal is proceeded by a variety of tasty hor-d'oeuvres ranging from delicacies such as: oysters-on-the-halfshell, fresh shrimp with a variety of dips, and fresh crab and salmon dips with pieta bread or crackers.

There is always plenty of finger food available during your stay in the Executive Lounging area to enjoy along with your favorite drink while watching a sporting event, movie or playing cards with your buddies!
